Ordering from us is very simple. Just fill out the order form to the full and don’t forget the verification number which is on the back of your credit card. You only need the last three digits. For assurance that your order reaches you, make sure you fill in your postal code or zip code.                                                                          

 

We understand that purchasing over the Internet can be a worrying business. That is why we are happy to accept goods back for exchange or a refund, as long as the goods are unworn and returned in their original packaging. Please note that we only sell dance shoes for indoor use and any evidence of outdoor use invalidates any returns. The Allblack jig shoe  must not be used on concrete,tarmac or any other abresive surface as it is an exterme specialist shoe.It is designed for wooden floors and stages only. We will not under any circumstances replace these if the above is identified in our test lab. The purchaser must make them selves aware of this before buying or returning. Unfortunately we cannot extend refunds or exchanges to earrings or wigs, for hygiene reasons. It is important to remember that wigs are stage pieces and do not last forever.

The sale of secondhand or used dance costumes is non refundable, but only for resale. The dress comes from a third party. We take all resonable care in measuring and discriptions of dresses for internet sale. By ordering from Fascinatin’ Rhythm you understand this and agree..

If the goods you received were incorrect, then it is only fair to credit you return postage, in addition to any refund or exchange. There is of course no charge for re-sending the goods. Please send returns via standard air-mail and not via an express service as we can only credit at the standard air mail rate.

If you were sent the correct goods, but need to change them for another size, then you will be liable for any additional postage costs.

Please also include your credit card details if requesting a refund or if you are liable for additional postage costs, as we do not keep your credit card details on file.The customer should be aware that the price for shipping which is packaging and posting is applicable on the internet order and not the actual cost as applied on the sent product. This is to cover our admin, packaging, credit card charge and transfer of your purchase to a suitable courier.

Regrettably, goods kept for over 30 days are not acceptable for a refund.
